  • Move any items blocking access and open any gates

  • Ensure the water is turned on
  • Verify that the irrigation end cap is installed
  • Have your city notice available if you received one
  • If you will not be home, please ensure that payment is taken care of ahead of time or left at your home before your appointment.

Leave a Check or Cash at your Home

If you won’t be home, you may leave a check or cash in a clearly marked envelope or plastic baggie at your front door or near your backflow device. We’ll collect it after your test is completed.

Pay Us In Person During Your Test

If you’ll be home during your appointment, you can pay us in person by check, cash, or Venmo once the test has been completed.
